Meet the Team
Local People. Deep Experience. One Dedicated Team.
Island Management is built around people who know these islands, understand the communities we serve, and care deeply about doing the job well.
Our team brings together decades of experience across community association management, accounting, maintenance, compliance, administration, hospitality, finance, and customer service. Just as importantly, many of our team members live on Sanibel or throughout Southwest Florida and are actively involved in the communities they serve.
That combination of professional expertise and genuine local connection shapes the way we work—with personal attention, responsive service, and a shared commitment to helping Sanibel and Captiva communities thrive.
